Services offered may change over time. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commitment to provide any particular service until a written estimate has been reviewed and accepted by both parties and a start date has been confirmed.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates provided by Big Spring Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are based on an on-site assessment of the property and reflect conditions observed at the time of the visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing.

If conditions are found during the course of work that were not visible or accessible at the time of the estimate - such as hidden slab damage, prior coatings, or moisture issues - we will notify you before proceeding with additional work and provide a revised scope and cost for your approval.

No verbal price commitments are binding. All pricing is confirmed in the written estimate document provided to you before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are scheduled by mutual agreement following estimate acceptance.Big Spring Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled dates, but reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if a reschedule is needed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred. Any such fee will be communicated to you clearly.

You are responsible for ensuring the work area is cleared and accessible on the scheduled start date. Delays caused by inaccessible areas may result in a rescheduled start date.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate and must be agreed upon before work begins. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the following general terms apply:

• A deposit may be required for larger projects to cover materials.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work and your sign-off on the finished floor.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed in the estimate.

Accounts not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee or referred to a collections process. Big Spring Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring reserves the right to place a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with Texas lien law if payment is not received after reasonable notice.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the following before and during the project:

• Clearing all items from the work area before the crew arrives on the start date.
• Providing access to the property at the agreed time.
• Keeping the work area clear and undisturbed during curing periods as instructed.
• Notifying us of any known subsurface issues, prior repairs, or previous coatings on the floor.
• Reviewing the finished work and raising any concerns before the crew leaves the property.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

Big Spring Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring stands behind the quality of its workmanship. If a coating fails due to a defect in our application or materials under normal use conditions, we will return to assess the issue and make it right at no additional cost. Warranty terms specific to your project will be outlined in your written estimate.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by:

• Physical impact, heavy machinery, or equipment damage after installation.
• Chemical exposure beyond what was discussed and anticipated at the time of the estimate.
• Slab movement, settling, or structural changes that occur after installation.
• Failure to follow post-installation care instructions provided by the crew.
• Modifications to the floor by anyone other than Big Spring Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring.

Material warranties, where applicable, are governed by the terms of the product manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Big Spring Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a project we completed shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project.
